What We Offer

Integrative care for every chapter of healing

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Carefully guided ketamine sessions integrated with psychotherapy for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

ADHD Coaching

Comprehensive evaluation and collaborative coaching to help you understand and work with your unique mind.

Integrative Psychiatry

Whole-person care blending conventional psychiatry with nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and mind-body medicine.

De-prescribing

Sometimes the best prescription is fewer prescriptions. When medications no longer serve you, we offer careful, medically supervised tapering paced by your response. Stopping a medication deserves the same clinical rigor as starting one.

Hormonal Transitions

PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause can deeply affect mood, focus, and sleep. These symptoms are real and treatable. I combine evidence-based approaches to help you feel balanced.

Medication Management

Thoughtful, ongoing psychiatric medication oversight with regular check-ins and careful monitoring.

Confidential & HIPAA-Compliant

Your privacy is a core commitment. All communications and records are handled with strict medical confidentiality.

Trauma-Informed Care

Every interaction is rooted in safety, respect, and an understanding that healing is nonlinear.

Evidence-Informed Practice

Clinical decisions are grounded in current research, not trends — with curiosity and rigor in equal measure.

About the Practice

Rooted in science.
Open to possibility.

Ayesha Macon founded Ketaverse on a simple belief: that healing happens at the intersection of clinical rigor, genuine curiosity, and human connection. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with specialized training in psychedelic medicine, psychotherapy, and integrative approaches, I've seen how often people get reduced to a diagnosis or a prescription, and how much changes when they're truly seen instead. My work is rooted in the belief that you are more than your symptoms, and that real healing asks for partnership, not just a treatment plan.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy Philosophy
01

Preparation Comes First

Meaningful work begins before the medicine does. We invest in preparation by building trust, setting intentions, and creating the psychological safety that lets deeper work unfold.

02

Thoughtful, Individualized Dosing

We offer low and moderate dose ketamine sessions, calibrated to your goals. Lower doses keep you present and engaged; moderate doses quiet the brain's habitual chatter and self-critical loops, allowing deeper experiences to emerge. Both are held within a careful trusted container.

03

Guided by Internal Family Systems

Our work is grounded in IFS — a compassionate, non-pathologizing framework that helps you meet every part of yourself with curiosity, led by the calm, clear Self.

04

Integration Matters

Healing doesn't end when the session does. We support you in integrating insights and challenges into lasting, meaningful growth.
